  • We I realize that many of these guidelines seem unnecessary, but they are necessary because of a small percentage of folks.  About 2% of the folks cause 98% of our problems. These folks are often rude and discourteous thinking guidelines are not made for them to follow.  These are folks that lack  refinement, culture, or learning.  Thank goodness 98% of our campers seem to be well refined.  The other 2% should just stay away!

    Sincerely, & Respectfully,
    Rodney V. Cain

The above list of Guidelines are provided for your protection. Some of them are required by us and others may be required by our insurance, law enforcement, fire marshal or health department. We welcome you to come stay with us, but we kindly request and expect you to  abide by our guidelines. If you break them, you will be warned  only once. The second time that we have to bring this to your attention, we may ask you to leave.  NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone that is asked to leave.
